When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after a short period.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising services or social media plugins on the public website. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
3. Enquiries via the form, e-mail or phone
If you send us an enquiry, we process your details (name, e-mail address, phone number if provided, travel dates, number of guests and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, if applicable, prepare a booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). If a booking is made, we store your data in accordance with statutory retention periods; otherwise we delete enquiries after two years at the latest.
4. Maps (OpenStreetMap)
Maps are only loaded when you click "Load map". Your IP address is then transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom). Your data will not be sold or passed on for advertising purposes. Recipients are only our hosting provider and our e-mail provider as processors.
